I don't like the products I ordered and would like to return them

  1. You have 14 days to return the products delivered.
  2. have your customer number, invoice number and the corresponding item name ready. You will find these on your order confirmation, invoice or on the delivery note.
  3. it is best to pack the products in the original ANIfit shipping carton.
  4. generate the DHL shipping label or barcode by clicking on ‘Register return’.
  5. take the parcel to the DHL parcel shop.
  6. a credit note will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your return. We will only deduct 6 euros for the return of the parcel.

The delivered products have defects that I would like to complain about

The best way to process the complaint quickly is as follows:

  1. click on Register complaint.
  2. have your customer number, invoice number and the corresponding article name ready. You will find these on your order confirmation, invoice or delivery note.
  3. take as detailed a photo as possible of the defect that has occurred and of the complete product (in the case of the can, including the expiry date on the base).
  4. describe the defect in brief sentences.
